Ideal if you have direct contact with Austrian restaurants: active or former restaurateurs, hospitality consultants, tourism associations, accountants with gastro clients, agencies building restaurant websites. Warm contacts — no cold calls.

If a restaurant becomes a paying customer on the Basic plan through your recommendation you get €50; on the Pro plan, €150 — fixed, regardless of revenue, due once its first invoice is paid. On top of that, a monthly tier bonus (from 3 / 8 / 15 sign-ups per calendar month, cumulative +€50 / +€200 / +€500).

The tier bonus counts per calendar month, based on the booking date of the restaurants you referred. From 3 restaurants a month you get an extra €50, from 8 another €200 (total €250), from 15 another €500 (total €750). The bonus appears as its own line on your monthly statement.

No. You are an independent partner under the credit-note procedure — you receive a monthly commission statement as PDF. Taxes are your own responsibility (typically business income under Austrian tax law; small-business rule without VAT); RESTL provides all documentation.

Payouts run on the first of every month, direct bank transfer to your IBAN. Your commission becomes due as soon as the restaurant has paid its first invoice — setup fee plus first month (Basic €49 + €24.90 net, Pro €99 + €54.90 net) — and goes out with the next payout run. After that, everything runs automatically.

You refer restaurants to the standard tariff — Basic or Pro, each with a setup fee. On top of that you may offer any restaurant a 30-day trial (separate link in the portal): nothing is charged during the trial, afterwards the standard tariff applies including the setup fee. Your commission still only becomes due once the first invoice (setup + first month) is paid — if the restaurant cancels during the trial, there is none. Promotions without a setup fee (Quandoo, trade fair, vorteilsbox) are not commissionable; a referral code on such a promotion is not attributed. The commission follows the plan at sign-up: if the restaurant later upgrades from Basic to Pro, there is no additional commission, and the restaurant pays no further setup fee either.

If a customer fails to pay within the first 90 days after activation and the contract ends for that reason, 50 % of the base commission is clawed back (Basic €25, Pro €75). That is the only case — a customer cannot cancel before the six-month minimum term, and after day 91 your commission is final regardless. The tier bonus is NOT subject to clawback, it stays.

Cleanest: via your referral link (?ref=…). If someone signs up without the link but you convinced them personally, just email [email protected] with the restaurant name and context — we'll attribute manually.

Directly in the Partner Portal under "My Contract". Ordinary termination on both sides at the end of a month with the statutory notice period (one month in the first year); for cause at any time. You then receive a statement of open commissions and a written confirmation as PDF.

Yes, a free trade as a commercial agent ("Handelsagent") — no proficiency certificate, free of charge, registered online in about 20 minutes and effective immediately. With the small-business exemption at the SVS you then pay only €12.95 a month (accident insurance) instead of around €161, no health or pension contributions. Personal conversations, recommendations to people who know you and replies to enquiries — all fine. Not allowed without prior consent: advertising emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages and sales calls (§ 174 Austrian Telecommunications Act, also towards businesses). You get a short compliance sheet when you start.

No. There are no fees, no starter kits and no commission for recruiting other partners. Commission is paid only for restaurants that use and pay for RESTL.
